He is Professor of “Digital Work & Organisational Psychology” at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts – School of Business, conducts research and teaches in these areas, and is concerned with the question of how change can be brought about in socio-digital systems. Clemente Minonne is Founder and CEO of Minonne & Associates AG (www.minonne.org). As an organisational consultant and coach, he has been able, over more than two decades, to support organisations in accompanying “transformation processes” with regard to the consequences for socio-digital systems and has thus built up extensive experiential knowledge. Clemente Minonne is the author of various specialist articles and books which address different aspects of “digital work and organisational psychology”.
