Synesis Boat investigates a new holistic approach toward small commercial boat production's materialand immaterial aspects. A boat in the small commercial boat category is up to 12m with purposes like; tourism, fishing, patrolling, service, diving, etc.

Overview

This project aims to provide consultancy or facilitation services to potential entrepreneurs who want to set up a new commercial boatyard, and workboat end users who need a new workboat. Therefore a collaborative action is pursued to engage potential entrepreneurs and boat end users, polytechnical plants, and rotational molders, to develop a working system that includes all the stakeholders in an ecosystem with a unique modular design and circular material use approach is viable, eco-friendly, zero-emission, functional and low-cost solution for the future in this market segment.
