Biography
Simone Griesser extracts insights from language (voice) data for companies and NGOs to improve their customer knowledge, sharpen their brand positioning and/or develop new services. She prefers to use existing secondary data from social media or internal company sources and analyses them with R and/or Python. She uses classic parametric and non-parametric statistical methods as well as supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms (AI). She is equally well versed in different qualitative data collection and analysis methods. Simone completed her PhD at Warwick Business School and thus has a international as well as regional network.
