Overview

ROQN advises companies, primarily industrial SMEs, on the development of digital business
models. Its clients would like to "buy" a fully-formulated digital business model and are
motivated by the prospect of digitisation as an opportunity for additional value creation and
expansion of their own offering on the market and would in principle have an investment
budget for this. But they dislike the facts it therefore requires a time-consuming project tying
up too many internal resources.
We aim to develop an AI-supported, partially automated consulting tool which
generates possible digital business models for SMEs as a "product" based on a structured
procedure and a clearly defined inputs in a repeatable manner and at a fixed price. In the
process, a pre-selection / recommendation on the prospects of success or market potential of
various conceivable business models should also be made.
Potential interim results of the AI are iterative feedbacked by the target group of this new
business model, where the target group is also perceived by an AI (qualitative interviews and
insights by AI instead of real customers).
The solution should be based on scientific principles for
1. the development of business models,
2. the systematic description of digital business models and
3. the market potential of the network economy and platform-oriented ecosystems.
By means of a semi-automated consulting package, ROQN hopes to gain faster access to
more and more diverse companies.
