The MSc in Real Estate at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts educates future leaders in the real estate industry. Within 4 semesters, the program teaches students an in-depth understanding of real estate business interrelationships and a technical knowledge in the areas of:
- Real Estate Asset Management
- International Real Estate Investments and Finance
- International Real Estate Markets
Thus, the MScRE is the education for strategic key functions in all companies of the real estate industry with a special focus on management, investments and financing.
