Successful launch for the Dual Degree Program in the MSc Real Estate! In September 2023, a total of seven students from the MScRE program began their Dual Degree Program in Banking and Finance (MIBF) at Lingnan University in Hong Kong.

Students of the MScRE program have the opportunity in their third semester to participate in an exclusive Dual Degree program with the prestigious Lingnan University in Hong Kong. Seven students were selected for this and are currently spending a successful semester in Hong Kong, additionally completing an MSc in International Banking and Finance.

The MScRE is an internationally recognised qualification in real estate management

The MSc in Real Estate at Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts trains future leaders in the property sector. Over the course of four semesters, the programme equips students with practical and academically sound knowledge of the real estate industry.

Students can look forward to various study trips abroad, for example to Milan and Vienna, where they gain a deeper understanding of international projects in collaboration with Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts’ partners. In addition, the Master’s programme offers the opportunity to spend a semester abroad as well as a double degree programme, which enhances students’ international experience. The close ties with the RICS provide excellent networking opportunities with members worldwide right from the start. Thanks to the programme’s international focus, MScRE students are ideally placed to qualify for RICS membership.

The MScRE is therefore the ideal qualification for key strategic roles in all organisations within the property sector, with a particular focus on the areas of investment, finance, management and project development. You can find further details about the programme here.
