On September 18, 2023, a total of 60 students commenced their studies in the internationally recognized Master of Science in Real Estate (MScRE) program.
The MSc in Real Estate at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts is designed to educate future leaders in the real estate industry. The program provides students with practical and scientifically grounded knowledge of real estate-related concepts within 4 semesters.
Students can look forward to various international excursions, such as those in Milan and Vienna, where they will collaborate on international projects with partners of the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Additionally, the master's program offers opportunities for studying abroad and a Double Degree program, promoting students' international experiences. The close affiliation with RICS provides students with a strong global network right from the beginning, and the internationally oriented curriculum equips MScRE students with optimal prerequisites to attain RICS membership.
As such, the MScRE program is designed to prepare individuals for strategic key roles in all sectors of the real estate industry, with a particular focus on investments, financing, management, and project development.
