International real estate markets, effective investment strategies, as well as exciting and innovative real estate projects and concepts are a significant part of the MScRE program. In this context, an real estate excursion to Vienna took place during the third semester of the MScRE.
Austria, especially Vienna, offers interesting investment opportunities and modern real estate projects. The high-caliber speakers provided students from the third semester with exciting lectures on various topics and challenges in the domestic real estate industry. This class also had exciting site visits to
Viertel Zwei,
Donau City, and
Haus des Meeres.
"Through a deliberate blend of top-notch expert lectures, informative company visits, and selected project developments, a very good understanding of the real estate market and investment opportunities could be gained," said Prof. Dr. Michael Trübestein MRICS, program director of the MScRE program.
