The Lab explores and shapes the intersection of humans and technology. Its focus lies on the opportunities and challenges that emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence and digital systems, create for work, leadership, and organizations. From a social science perspective, the Lab examines how people can use technological innovations in meaningful, competent, and self-determined ways. To this end, it combines its expertise in work and organizational psychology, organizational behavior, and sociology with the know-how of technical partners. The Lab serves as a connecting platform that brings together science, business, and society and enables new forms of collaboration.

Lab research talks

Twice a year, we host a human-tech collab research talk. Inspiring individuals present their projects and theories, we facilitate discussions, and bring together external ambassadors and new guests. The talks combine exchange, discussion, and new perspectives in an open atmosphere. All events are recorded and published on our YouTube channel.
