The project module forms the core of the programme. Throughout the course, you will develop, test and reflect on your own transformation project in an iterative process. The project work is designed to be practice-integrated and is generally set in real-world contexts. The aim is not merely to develop concrete transformation processes theoretically or conceive them hypothetically, but to actively shape and effectively implement them as an integral part of the programme. In this way, you will learn to identify, understand and analyse complex problems under real-world conditions, and to respond to them in a manner that is appropriate to the situation, effective and productive. The content of the other modules, the lecturers, the interdisciplinary experts and your peers form the supportive environment and provide the necessary support. The practice-integrated project work is systematically supported through individual mentoring. At the start of each semester, you will work with the core team of the BA Creative Transformation to set the objectives for the project work for the coming months; throughout the semester, you will reflect on your progress with your mentors and agree on any necessary adjustments to the approach. Your progress will be documented in a learning journal and presented at the end of the semester.
Im Rahmen der individuellen interdisziplinären Spezialisierung hast Du die Möglichkeit, dir projektspezifische Expertise aus allen Departementen der HSLU (Wirtschaft, Soziale Arbeit, Informatik, Technik & Architektur, Musik, Gesundheit und Design Film Kunst) zu holen.
Das kontinuierlich zu absolvierende Modul ermöglicht es dir, individuell projektspezifisches Wissen zu erwerben und dich vertieft mit dem für sie relevanten Themenfelder erforderlichen disziplinären Wissen auseinanderzusetzen. Dabei wird forschendes, selbstgesteuertes Lernen gefördert und die Auseinandersetzung mit den unterschiedlichen disziplinären Kulturen gelernt. Du recherchierst eigenständig, identifizierst relevante Expert:innen als Mentor:innen, trittst mit ihnen in Kontakt und entwickelst ein vertieftes Verständnis für komplexe Zusammenhänge in dem von ihnen bearbeiteten Themenfeldern. Du wirst dabei durch das Kernteam der Studienrichtung unterstützt. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Integration unterschiedlicher Perspektiven und der Fähigkeit, Wissen aus verschiedenen Disziplinen produktiv zu verbinden. Du erwirbst dabei die Fähigkeit, komplexe Fragestellungen selbstständig interdisziplinär zu bearbeiten, kritisch zu reflektieren und für dein Projekt konkret nutzbar zu machen.
