Mid September (calendar week 38)
Full-time teaching days: Classes take place on Mondays and Tuesdays at the following times: 09:15 – 12:30, 13:30 – 16:45 and 17:00 – 20:15. Of these six time slots, a maximum of five will usually be filled with classes, giving you time for self-study.
During the second and third semesters, you will attend one compulsory module and two elective modules from the Master's in Applied Information and Data Science. These modules are offered on Thursdays and Fridays. Here you can choose from a wide range of modules according to your content and time preferences.
If you would like to further your knowledge in the field of data science and pursue a minor in data science, you can attend additional modules from the Master's programme in Applied Information and Data Science. All of these modules are offered on Thursdays and Fridays.
Please note that exceptions to these time slots are possible for introductory events, study weeks, examinations, etc. Exceptions will be communicated in advance.
The timetable is published in August (for the autumn semester) and January (for the spring semester). The communicated teaching times are valid for one semester.
Part-time teaching days: The teaching days are the same as for full-time students, but they offer more free time as fewer modules are completed per semester. For example, in the first semester, only three of the six time slots on Monday and Tuesday are occupied – the rest of the time and Wednesday to Friday are free of teaching.
