The second edition of the conference to be held in 2024, exactly at the halfway point in the Flagship Project's work. Mastercard with its Tourism Insights is our data partner in the Use Case “Visitor Behaviour Analysis” – part of subproject 1. The conference is organized in the scope of the Resilient Tourism Flagship Project that is supported by Innosuisse. The project has been designed to proactively respond to the challenges of digital transformation by empowering the travel sector with reliable data, new business models, process and experiences and tools for designing resilient tourism systems, while fostering the cross-fertilisation of communities of practice. The project is designed and managed by six research institutions and over 30 industry partners. Flagship conference participants are also invited to attend the Advances in Destination Management ADM 2024 Conference, which starts on the evening of 4th June and continues until Friday, 7th June 2024.
