Biografie
As a transformation designer, Felix researches how design contributes to societal transformation. His strengths are designing hopeful visions, building tight networks and crafting beautiful products.
Since 2026, he has worked as a research assistant at the competence center «Transformation Design». Before that, he worked for the design consultancies «frog» (Munich, DE), «edenspiekermann» (Berlin, DE) and «Momaki» (Amsterdam, NL), as well as the in-house design team at «Siemens Healthineers» (Erlangen, DE).
He holds a BA in Communication Design, with a focus on visual and interaction design, from the Hochschule München (DE), and — on a DAAD scholarship — an MA in Service Design, with a focus on public services and civic innovation, from the Hochschule Luzern (CH).
Believing that asking the right questions is key to transformative work, he hosts the blog fragmeister.com.
