Biografie
Ulrike Felsing, Dr. phil., ist Dozentin im BA Graphic Design und im Studiengang Data Design + Art und leitet den +RE Kurs Wissensbilder in Medien und Gesellschaft.
Von 2021–2025 ist sie Co-Leiterin des Sinergia-Forschungsprojekts: „Participatory Knowledge Practices in Analog and Digital Image Archives“, gefördert vom Schweizerischen Nationalfonds (SNF, in Zusammenarbeit mit Prof. Dr. W. Leimgruber und Dr. P. Fornaro, Universität Basel).
In Zusammenarbeit mit Dr. R. Baur führte sie das vom SNF geförderte Forschungsprojekt „The Exploration of Design Methods in the Field of Transcultural Visual Communication“ durch (2010–2015). 2018 schloss sie ihre Dissertation zum Thema „Reflexive Kataloge: Ein Medium der Übersetzung als Ausstellung, Film und Hypertext“ ab. Ulrike Felsing studierte Visuelle Kommunikation an der Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst Leipzig.
