Overview

The project investigates implementing AI-based knowledge management systems in knowledge-intensive organizations, focusing on factors that affect sustainable implementation (stakeholder participation, employee acceptance, incentive structures, etc.) and capturing tacit knowledge using AI technologies. Our collaborative research with our practice partner edisconet utilizes advanced NLP and sentiment analysis within a multilingual Knowledge Management System (KMS) to enhance organizational learning. This system collects, analyzes, and extracts insights from interviews, questionnaires, and multimedia recordings for content curation and learning mapping. Edisconet customizes learning applications to individual needs, adapting content based on learner progress and preferences. The Innosuisse project aims to test these functions with various companies and develop the platform for better marketing opportunities, emphasizing acceptance and practicality in everyday use.
