Overview

Implementing pay transparency presents both opportunities and challenges for organizations. On the positive side, it can foster trust, enhance employer attractiveness, and improve employee engagement. However, it may also lead to envy, conflict, and pay compression. This pilot project investigates how transparency can be successfully implemented and how pay structures can be communicated effectively both internally and externally. A particular focus is placed on leveraging AI to support communication processes and promote transparency and fairness. The goal is to develop practical recommendations for organizations to enhance pay effectiveness.
