Overview

The project titled "Learn to Learn with AI Support - – New ways to link employee interests with knowledge management strategies" is a pioneering initiative developed by edisconet AG in collaboration with the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU). It focuses on enhancing organizational learning by integrating advanced natural language processing (NLP) and sentiment analysis within a multilingual Knowledge Management System (KMS). This system is designed to tailor learning content dynamically, based on individual user progress and preferences, leveraging AI to customize the learning experience effectively. The project aims to address several key aspects of organizational knowledge management: (1) Capturing Tacit Knowledge: By facilitating the recording and utilization of tacit knowledge, the project seeks to preserve critical information within the organization, enhancing the collective intelligence. (2) Customized Learning Solutions: Tailoring training modules to meet individual needs, the initiative promises to improve knowledge retention and application across various operational contexts. (3) Efficient Training and E-learning: The project intends to streamline the training processes, making learning more accessible and impactful. (4) Employee Engagement: Recognizing and leveraging employee contributions, the project aims to foster an environment of continuous learning and self-improvement.
The methodology involves a combination of literature analysis, interviews, and co-creative tools to integrate insights from learning psychology, work psychology, and user experience into the development of the KMS. This comprehensive approach is expected to yield significant benefits, such as improved productivity, reduced training costs, and enhanced problem-solving capabilities within participating organizations.
