Overview

The project will explore how interdisciplinary teams use conceptual and visual management tools to accelerate innovation and strategy processes. The function of such tools for bridging unclear situations (hurdles / gaps) is examined from the perspective of sense-making in order to gain insights with greater reliability and to turn them into purposeful action. The aim is to develop an Innovation Acceleration Guide as a visual sense-making tool.
