Biography

Domingo Valero studied psychology and economics at the University of Zurich. From 2013 to 2016, he was a doctoral and postdoctoral employee at the Chair of Industrial and Organizational Psychology in Lausanne and Bern. In his scientific work, he investigated the structure and development of motivation in adolescents in the transition from school to work, as well as the effects of different motivational indicators on early career success.

From 2016 to 2019, Domingo Valero moved to the private sector, where he worked as a psychologist for cockpit personnel assessment at Swiss Intl. Air Lines.

At Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Domingo Valero is involved in teaching in the Business Psychology program, where he is active in course development and teaching in statistics and psychology courses.
