Creativity Block Week – International Study Week
The Creativity Block Week is an international study week during which students actively explore and shape the future of work. Working on real-world future challenges provided by industry partners, they develop innovative responses to emerging organisational and societal questions.
Throughout this intensive project week, students apply methods from Strategic Foresight, creativity and innovation management, and Design Thinking. They explore future trends, develop visions and scenarios, and create prototypes for new concepts, ways of working, and organisational models.
The Creativity Block Weeks take place in selected international innovation and creativity hubs. Learning environments include start-up ecosystems, innovation labs, and creative centres in the cities we visit. This immersive setting enables students to experience vibrant innovation cultures firsthand and to understand how creative regions foster talent development, human potential, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
By combining real-world challenges, future-oriented methodologies, and inspiring international learning environments, the Creativity Block Week helps students strengthen their innovation capabilities and develop new perspectives on shaping the workplaces and organisations of tomorrow.
