Ensuring the effective learning and transfer of acquired competence remains challenging in higher education. While educational psychology recognises the value of continuous evaluation in supporting this process, there is still a reliance on end-of-course evaluation. The DTC provides research-based evaluation indicators and leverages AI to empower teachers and trainers in the implementation of evaluation to regulate and enhance their teaching. Key features include designing customised assessment cycles, collecting structured feedback, visualising data, and documenting changes. This session will combine a conceptual introduction to the tool and its core functionalities with hands-on interaction. It will demonstrate how the DTC can facilitate more meaningful and sustainable evaluation practices.
