Overview
Inside the three-dimensional building structure, architect Prof Falkeis designed rotating wings that are to be filled with phase-change material (PCM). A research-based selection process was carried out to find suitable materials. A potential analysis was created in order to optimize the integration into the building technology.
The PCM wings were subjected to a comprehensive test, which entailed creating a full-size mock-up.
