Working together for fair and transparent creative content in the age of generative AI

Brief information

School:

Business

Status:

Ongoing

Period:

15.03.2026 - 31.12.2027

Overview

The project explores how rights, content provenance and traceability, transparency, and fair remuneration can work together. At its core are authorised workflows in which creative content is used, processed, and further developed with generative AI.

The project brings together different perspectives, expertise, and stakeholders. Its research combines engagement with actors from the cultural and creative sectors, legal analysis, technical experimentation, and three concrete pilot projects across different cultural fields.

The project is driven by the current challenges that are becoming increasingly important for the future of the cultural and creative sectors. Together, the European partner network will explore which framework conditions, technical solutions, and new forms of collaboration are needed to ensure that innovation and the protection of creative work can go hand in hand.
