Overview
In collaboration with Swisscontact Morocco and the Swisscontact Albania team, the ‘Coaching for Employment’ approach has been implemented in Morocco since 2021. Since then, three groups of coaches have been trained, focusing on the regions of Casablanca, Rabat, Beni Mellal, El Jadida and Fès. A fourth training course began in May 2025. In this second phase of the project, 11 local trainers are also being trained. They will be responsible for training further coaches. The HSLU’s role will increasingly be one of providing support from behind the scenes, so that, from 2028, the approach can be taken over by the state employment agencies (Anapec) and further disseminated and utilised.
