Overview

CASH project aims to enhance the accessibility and effectiveness of self-help groups for older adults by customizing an open-source platform with a tailored chatbot solution. Recognizing the barriers faced by older adults, the project will leverage the expertise of interdisciplinary team to employ user-centered design methodologies to create an intuitive and inclusive digital platform.
The integration of chatbot technology can support group cohesion by facilitating communication, providing motivational reminders, and enabling culturally sensitive and multilingual dialogues, while complementing human interaction within self-help groups.
