Overview

Ziel des Projekts ist, eine bisher vernachlässigte Seite des Megatrends "New Work" sowohl in den Fokus von Personalabteilungen als auch in den öffentlichen Diskurs zu rücken: die Frage einer kontextsensiblen und zielgruppenorientierten Gestaltung von New Work. Insbesondere adressieren wie die zunehmende soziale Spaltung am Arbeitsmarkt und wirken dieser entgegen, indem wir Umsetzungsfaktoren für «neue Arbeitswelten» in ausführenden Tätigkeiten und Niedriglohnsektoren identifizieren.
