Overview
AI tools of the latest generation, in particular from the manufacturer OpenAI, but also Microsoft Research (Orca), Google (Gemini) and Meta (Llama) have shown the possibilities of generative AI. With these generally applicable new innovative applications, new areas are opening up that require the specialized AI, which was dependent on existing training data, or only in niches. The innovative aspect thus lies in the use of the AI of the latest generation in the knowledge work of the construction industry. In particular, the wealth of experience in assessing and approving offers is subject to a large number of parameters that could not be mapped in a conventional way.
