Overview
The project has two components. One component concerns the cooperation between the Albanian Universities of Social Work, Psychology and Education in Tirana, Shkodra, and Elbasan and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. The Lucerne University of applied Sciences and Arts - School of Social Work supports the Albanian Universities in their process of updating the curricula for social work and psychology studies, specifically in identifying central topics and texts for Social Work and Psychology students, as well as for the development of an improved internship program for students in the field, and the development of courses for continuous education for in- service professionals. The second component includes the capacity building of professionals of community centres working with children and youth with disabilities through delivery of training workshops in Albania.
