Building on the comprehensive overview in the first part, a robust conceptual framework with practical guidelines for the selection of companies will be developed. This framework is designed to be directly applicable in real-world investment scenarios, enhancing the practicality and relevance of the research. Moreover, the study will identify success factors for ESG engagement and develop thematic selection criteria, aiming to improve the identification of companies for engagement activities.
