Overview

Our project aims at two major outcomes. First, we develop a benchmarking concept to screen railway infrastructure procurement. Second, applying this concept to the SBB's railway infrastructure procurement data from 2015 to 2020, we classify suppliers' bidding behavior as collusive or competitive.
