Overview
The project aims to develop a multi-level innovation leadership competency model (level: individual, team, organization, organizational ecosystems) to evaluate and develop innovation leadership competencies in a transforming work environment/evaluating existing training offerings in terms of their impact on innovation. The project includes a literature review, conceptual work and a series of qualitative interviews to develop an innovation leadership competency model.
