Overview
This EU Jean Monnet Project led by Tara Ney at the University of British Columbia, Canada seeks to develop a new approach for public managers and frontline staff in local government to address citizen complaints. The CC Design & Management at HSLU advises the project leaders on human-centered design principles and methods to achieve an outcome that is usable, useful, desirable and sustainable for the administrations and the citizens alike.
