Overview
CABInet is intended to provide the basis for the ICT-supported coordination platform of the central advisory office, as well as to in principle question the service landscape and the individual services in the area of the city of Lucerne. In the future, this advisory body will act as a "single point of contact" for all the institutions involved. It directs an auxiliary person to the appropriate institution in case of a specific inquiry. A future-oriented approach takes advantage of the opportunities offered by digitalization. In addition to technical aspects, there are also many substantive, social, organizational and structural issues, which are to be asked and answered together with the relevant actors. Since the need for such a platform is concrete and has been applied to the iHomeLab, the aim of this acquisition project is to elaborate the foundations for further steps leading to the development and implementation of the platform.
