On Open Day, Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU) invites visitors to experience higher education in a different way: open, interactive and hands-on. Visitors can set off on an independent discovery tour through the new Perron building and explore a wide range of topic stations that bring together knowledge, research and practice.
At many stations, visitors can get involved themselves: play, test, try things out, discuss and experience. They will meet students, researchers and staff, who will show how diverse, practice-oriented and socially relevant higher education is today.
Whether as a family outing, a neighbourhood visit or a spontaneous weekend plan, Open Day is aimed at the entire public. Families, neighbours, interested people of all ages, as well as friends and family members of the university community, are warmly invited to discover new perspectives and experience an inspiring day full of encounters, ideas and aha moments
