Three universities, one crèche
In Central Switzerland, the universities are keen to make studying and working in the region as attractive as possible. One of the ways they achieve this is by offering up-to-the-minute high-quality and affordable childcare. By doing so, they allow parents of young children to develop themselves professionally despite their family responsibilities. The Kita Campus Crèche in Lucerne receives joint funding from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, the University of Lucerne and the University of Teacher Education Lucerne.
The crèche accepts children from three months old up to the time they are ready for kindergarten; a minimum attendance of two days a week is recommended. The crèche is open Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 18:30.
