Content
The meetings provide a space to share experiences and perspectives and to discuss how to foster a university environment that is sensitive to discrimination. Depending on the target group, the focus will be on different questions: What are our experiences with racism and racist discrimination? How can we interpret them and support each other? How can people who are themselves not affected promote a culture of solidarity, allyship and responsibility in a university context? What kind of support do we need and what changes would we like to see?
In addition to offering a platform for exchange, the sessions also showcase the three universities’ ongoing anti-racism efforts. The participants’ perspectives, needs and suggestions should also contribute to improving, refining and complementing existing structures and programmes.
