Rehearsals with interpreters play a central role at the Academy. With the Dissolution Ensemble, top-class interpreters have been recruited for the Academy, who have been working with the composition class of the Lucerne School of Music as ensemble-in-residence since 2022. The detailed rehearsal schedule will be sent to the external participants by mid-January. The times cannot be changed.

From the submitted scores, those works will be selected that can be rehearsed with the participating instrumentalists of the academy. Wherever possible, the rehearsals will be coached by the academy’s faculty.
(Monday, 17:45–19:45 and Tuesday, 17:15–19:15)
At the roundtables, the composers present their current works to the other participants. Following each presentation, there will be an open discussion involving all the composers. This interaction allows composers to gain different perspectives and refine their works.
