The Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture supports people of all ages beyond its primary mandate. Among other things, it offers children and teenagers fascinating insights into the fields of engineering and construction and helps students, employees and alumni to realize their ideas.

In collaboration with the School of Computer Science and Information Technology, the Lucerne School of Engineering and Architecture offers various workshops on the topics of engineering and information technology. The programs are aimed at girls and boys between the ages of ten and eighteen.

The FabLab Lucerne is a high-tech workshop on the Horw campus that is open to the public. Its opening hours are Tuesday to Thursday, from 10:00 to 21:00.
