In orientation courses, students can choose to gain an insight into the study programmes of the Lucerne School of Art, Film and Design for a fortnight each:
Orientation course 1: Object Design, Textile Design, Video, Animation, Illustration Non-Fiction, Graphic Design, Fine Arts
Orientation course 2: Spatial Design, Camera Arts, Data Design & Art, Illustration Fiction, Digital Ideation, Art Education

They research, design and work on independent or topic- and task-related projects in the desired professional field. Specialist knowledge is imparted and advice is given on the design of work portfolios and dossiers with a view to applying for a Bachelor's degree programme.
