For the exhibition „Nichts“, the Museum of Communication in Bern was looking for a digital entrance that would appeal to Generation Z in particular, who have less and less interest in museums. With this in mind, the students acted as a sounding board for the exhibition organisers on the one hand and as a source of ideas on the other. This resulted in the online game „VOID“, which creates a connection between the digital and physical space of the museum and is intended to appeal to a young generation and attract them to the museum. The players of VOID search for the people who are currently in the exhibition – and tap into the digital void. All players collect points for visitors they find. With a total score of 500,000 points, a real rave in the museum awaits.
