How can senior managers draw relevant information from the current deluge of information? How are companies impacted by technological advances, digitalisation and social challenges such as the need to become more sustainable? Which business models and value propositions are fit for the future and capable of securing the survival of the corporation in the long term?
This thematic area also investigates questions around (cross-border) knowledge management, (international) organisational design, (globally competitive) innovation culture, as well as problem-solving strategies and management cultures. The goal is to support managers and senior executives using specialist and methodological skills, facilitating their collaboration with key stakeholders including employees, customers and investors.
