Outstanding Job Prospects
More than 95 per cent of our students find a job quickly after graduation, with around 70 per cent going straight into management positions. This shows just how much demand there is for qualified young people who start their careers with us.
The strong demand for well-trained specialists in the international tourism sector - also recognised by our global partner organisation UN Tourism - forms the foundation of our degree programme. Trends such as growing travel and the commitment to sustainable solutions create numerous opportunities for graduates who are professionally prepared and future-orientated.
Diverse Career Opportunities
Graduates are well qualified for a variety of roles in:
• Hospitality and accommodation
• Destination management
• Airlines, tour operators, incoming agencies
• Tourism associations and ministries
• Development cooperation and NGOs
Indirect employers such as certification bodies or platforms for marketing tourism services also offer opportunities, as does the public sector at municipal, regional or national level.
Sustainable positioning and the associated marketing and communication work as well as the development and design of tourism products are further conceivable fields of activity for graduates.
