Major: LegalTech, Taxation & Globalization

What it’s about:

This major combines a minor in Tax Law with a minor in International Business Law. It trains you to become a highly sought-after professional who is well-versed in both domestic and international tax and legal matters.

Your goal:

You are aiming for a challenging role at a consulting firm, a multinational corporation, or a financial institution, and you want to confidently handle complex, cross-border issues from both a legal and tax perspective.

Major: LegalTech, Taxation & Social Security

What it’s about:

This major combines the Tax Law minor with the Labor and Social Security Law minor. This track focuses on the intersection of labor law, social security, and corporate taxation.

Your goal:

You want to work in an HR or legal department, at a specialized commercial law firm, or at a consulting firm, where you will help shape modern work models, ensure HR compliance, and address tax issues in a legally sound manner.

Major: LegalTech, Globalization and & Social Security

What it’s about:

This major combines the minor in International Business Law with the minor in Labor and Social Security Law. It prepares you to solve global HR challenges and actively manage the legal framework in an international work environment.

Your goal:

You are aiming for a career in multinational corporations, international organizations, or globally oriented HR consulting firms.

Major: LegalTech, Globalization & Regulation

What it’s about:

This major combines the International Business Law minor with the RegTech and Public Governance minor. You will learn to assess complex, cross-border issues from the perspectives of contract law and data protection law, as well as to manage them effectively from a regulatory and administrative standpoint.

Your goal:

You will position yourself for leadership roles in the compliance department of an international corporation, in regulatory affairs, or in organizations that drive global digitalization and e-governance.

Major: LegalTech, Taxation & Regulation

What it’s about:

This major combines the Tax Law minor with the RegTech and Public Governance minor. This combination is ideal if you want to specialize in the intersection of tax law, digital governance, and compliance.

Your goal:

You are seeking a position at a tax consulting firm, an audit firm, or a financial institution to implement RegTech solutions in the tax sector and streamline regulatory processes efficiently.

Major: LegalTech, HR & Public Governance

What it’s about:

This major combines the minor in Labor and Social Security Law with the minor in RegTech and Public Governance. It prepares you to integrate the legal and technological aspects of digital human resources management (AI in HR, remote work, the gig economy) with modern public governance concepts.

Your goal:

You will be qualified for key roles in the human resources departments of large companies, at social security agencies, in modern government agencies, or at HR consulting firms specializing in digital compliance and legal process optimization.

There are plans to offer additional majors within the Bachelor of Business Administration program. This offer is currently still being developed.
