What is the content of the symposium?
FinTech is widely regarded as a solution to many of the challenges facing the banking and financial industry and has seen significant growth in recent years. The IFZ FinTech Symposium addresses this dynamic by exploring current trends and developments in the Swiss FinTech industry, as well as observed challenges. Topics include the impact of financial technology on the broader economy and our daily work, along with the opportunities that innovation in finance presents for Switzerland.
The symposium consists of the following two parallel sessions:
- Business Session: Focused on practical applications of FinTech in companies, including case studies and strategies for digital innovation.
- Academia Session: Covers current academic research and theoretical approaches in the FinTech space.
Finally, the results of the current IFZ FinTech Study, including statistical data, will be presented.
