For almost 20 years, the Swiss HR Barometer has provided empirically grounded insights into the quality of employment relationships in Switzerland. More than 20,000 interviews form the basis for analyses of trends and constants in the world of work.
The new HRB Benchmarking Tool enables companies, organisations and public administrations to compare themselves with the Swiss average across seven dimensions of the psychological contract, such as job content, job security, development opportunities and compensation.
An integrated impact analysis shows how these factors affect job satisfaction, organisational commitment and turnover intention – a practical example of evidence-based HR practices.
The tool was developed by HR ConScience with scientific support from the CEHRM at the University of Lucerne as part of an Innosuisse project."
