For almost twenty years, the Swiss HR Barometer has provided empirically grounded insights into the quality of work relations in Switzerland. More than 20,000 interviews form the basis for analyses of trends and constants in the workplace.
With the new HRB Benchmarking Tool, companies, organisations and public administration now have an application at their disposal that allows them to compare themselves with the Swiss average along seven dimensions of the psychological contract including work content, safety, development opportunities, and remuneration.
An integrated impact study shows how these factors affect contentment, organisational attachment and intention to resign among workers - a practical example for evidence-based HR.
The tool was developed by HR ConScience with research support from CEHRM at the University of Lucerne in the framework of an innosuisse-funded project.
