For twenty years, the Swiss Human Relations Barometer has been offering insights into the Swiss workplace from an employee perspective. Representative, cross-industry sample groups of employees are regularly asked to share their attitudes, perceptions, feelings, and intentions. In addition to identifying long-term constants and developments in a changing workplace, every edition of the barometer is dedicated to a current topic of interest. The Swiss Human Relations Barometer is funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation in the framework of its “Research Infrastructures” programme. The project, which was jointly launched by ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich, is now run by the University of Lucerne and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
