Innovation and Entrepreneurship Promoting innovative power and entrepreneurship

This field of research revolves around the investigation of the organisational conditions required for innovation and entrepreneurship. The related research projects explore measures that companies might take to develop their innovative and entrepreneurial capacities.

Ongoing research projects investigate topics such as innovation culture, innovation leadership and people management, organisational creativity, lean innovation, open innovation, sustainability entrepreneurship and start-up ecosystems. Moreover, the CC UFP supports, among other things, the implementation of innovation projects by developing new innovation and creativity management tools.

In this field of research, the CC UFP is a member of several interdisciplinary networks within the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
