Pattern repeats are the high art of textile design. How is the repetition of a pattern assured on large surfaces?
Printing, embroidery, weaving and knitting are the topics covered in the second semester.
Here the students design and produce textiles for fictitious and concrete applications and even produce a collection.
Students here use textiles to give a message to society. In using textiles as a signifier they show their colours.
In the third year of the study programme students practice creative thinking and work in synergy with related disciplines.
In the bachelor projects students showcase and put to the test their newly acquired theoretical and practical design skills.
