To study art is to enter into dialogue with the world. This requires a suitable space, good cooperation within working groups and, above all, a great degree of personal initiative. Once you have these, the dialogue can begin. Work on your own language is then called for. We provide an inspiring curriculum and a broad network. For these are fundamental to the development and consolidation of personal authorship and a signature style.
The Bachelor in Fine Arts and Art & Design Education offers space, discussions, and a range of modules that enable you to establish your own artistic position. In the Art and Art Education department, projects are created through individual and collaborative endeavour and then put up for public discussion. Students engage in independent studio work, research projects and group exhibitions in their pursuit of an individual learning process and personal artistic language.
