This workshop invites participants to explore and critically reflect on a Socratic Business Ethics AI-Tutor GPT designed to support students in developing their assessment assignments. Based on two didactical scenarios, the GPT engages students through reflexive, dialogical questioning that fosters ethical foresight and structural awareness in business-related ethical decision-making.
Participants will engage with either generic or with their own scenarios of ethically relevant conflicts in business. Thereby experiencing a dialogue with the AI, and discussing pedagogical and ethical challenges. Followed by a reflection on the design of AI-tools that promote agency, not automation, in values-based business education.
